Manufacturing and Engineering Technician

Manufacturing and Engineering Technician needed to join our International award winning teams. As Manufacturing and Engineering Technician you will have the opportunity to innovate and play a vital role in expanding our Production Department.

 Position Requirements:

  • matching and blending colors
  • assisting with equipment and facilities maintenance
  • maintaining a clean, neat and orderly work area
  • processing product orders on a time sensitive basis
  • ordering, receiving and maintaining a small inventory of raw materials
  • performing established tests on product samples and control quality of all products formulations
  • conducting experimentation using provided protocols to validate formulations, processes and perform shelf life tests
  • documenting and reporting results of trials
  • proposing and formulating innovative products and processes
  • proposing and testing new tools and technologies to improve formulations and processes
  • expanding knowledge in areas related to production processes to enhance own performance and understanding

Experienced Painters

EXPERIENCED PAINTERS needed to join our Nationwide award winning teams.  Position Requirements:

  • Journeyman Skill Level Painter

  • Strong working knowledge of job site safety as well as ability to complete a company specific safety orientation

  • High standard of integrity and professionalism

  • Valid Driver’s License with an exemplary record.

  • Self-motivation

  • Ability to work unsupervised while supervising others

  • Some overnight travel required

  • Knowledge of airless spray equipment a plus

  • Ability to mix colors and match existing colors

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Removing previous finishes from surface in preparation for application

  • Faux painting

  • Swing stage and Arial lift certification is a plus-or- ability to obtain certifications

Crew Chief

The Crew Chief position is responsible for the entire project from start to finish, and will be as much a director on the job site as an applicator. In most cases, Crew Chiefs are in contact with the customer directly more than the sales or administrative staff. The earning potential for this position is based on experience and typically averages $30/hour.

Position Requirements:

  • Valid Driver’s license

  • Strong Work Ethic

  • Supervisor and/or management experience

  • Construction, masonry, and/or painting experience

  •  Excellent organizational skills

  • Knowledge of job site safety and compliance requirements is a plus

  • Knowledgeable of technology and basic office applications

  • Experience training staff

  • Some overnight travel required

  • High standard of integrity and professionalism

  • Able to to obtain job related certifications
